Born December 21st 1987, he is approximately 5 foot nine inches (176 centimeters) tall, with long black hair and grey eyes. He is well built, with broad-looking muscular shoulders and a slim waistline, generally being described as having a football player's body. His right arm is tattooed with two wide and thick Vs with dots inside them, pointing downward towards his hand, on his outer right thigh is an identical tattoo, instead pointing upward towards his head. On his back is a large tattoo of a stylized three petal flower, with a black dot in the middle of each petal. His usual attire consists of a snug light purple t-shirt with a pale purple cartoon skull on the front, jeans, and a belt covered in metal spikes (reminiscent of a dog collar or choker), he wears light grey socks with dark grey toes, during the winter months he wears wool socks to keep warm. He wears grey boxers with a white skull identical to the one on his shirt on the left leg, his nightshirt is simply a darker ratty version of his regular t-shirt.
Dann, short for Danny, Anderson is currently employed as private security contracted to the local government in covington, he was a frequent visitor to Havoc’s Bakery, and lived in the same apartment complex as Mitsuo. He has no family to speak of, as he was orphaned on the East Coast, and never adopted, instead aging out of the system and being released into his own custody from the orphanage upon graduating high school. He eventually became a police officer before being discharged after a suicide attempt and moving to the west coast. He took a variety of odd security jobs, before finally taking his current job. Dann is of Taiwanese ancestry, though he was born in the Republic of Columbia, in Jersey, prior to the breakup of the Republic.
Dann has a depressive mood disorder which shows as part of his overall moody and sullen disposition, he is usually laid back, level-headed, and patient, he is not quick to show his emotions, giving the impression of a cold and distant emotional detachment. His moody personality and emotionally blasé demeanor make him appear somewhat passive aggressive, although an introvert, he is more outgoing than his attitude would seem to suggest, willing to try and talk to people and make conversation. When under stress he tends to freeze others out, he does not like to bring other people down with his mood, and pushes others away when they try to get close, only having a few close attachments in the world. In spite of his depressive tendencies he is quite stable emotionally, he knows who he is and is content with himself, and although he can be surprisingly self-deprecating, a result of growing up in an orphanage, he is not actually self-loathing. As a result of his police training he is good with firearms and strategy, he is not very skilled at unarmed combat however, using his larger size to overwhelm opponents instead.
