Raven

Born October 21st 1980, he is approximately five foot eleven inches (181 centimeters) tall, with short, spiky, naturally platinum blond hair, which has kept it’s color even into his 40s, icy blue eyes, he is clean shaven, and has thick public hair with a thin trail running up his abdomen and very thin leg hair, he has naturally tan skin, unbeknownst to all but his lovers, he has a tattoo on his left hip, three upside down, thick lined, golden stars, which are usually hidden by his underwear. He has a tall and somewhat lanky but with a very athletic build, he is extremely muscular given his small frame. He is extremely young looking and youthful for someone pushing 40. Even though he has been away from Germany almost continuously for the past thirty years, he still speaks with an unmistakable German accent. He is a practitioner of the traditional Norse religion, a follower of Odin, he attempted to join Norse revivalists in Nordnevic in his youth, but was repeatedly rejected, at which point he was recruited by Wille. He is currently employed as a freelance special operations expert for Wille, though usually only takes assignments from Matthew himself, working as a bodyguard and bouncer to pass the time, he lives in a penthouse apartment in Seattle. He is skilled in martial arts, specifically Mixed Martial Arts fighting, he is quite a sharp shooter, however he prefers the sword to the gun, and is quite a skilled swordsman.

Raven has a coarse and aggressive personality, he is ruthless and headstrong, and a brutal merciless warrior in battle. He is incredibly flippant and mouths off to almost everyone, however, his boldness, high self-confidence and social assertiveness make him a natural born leader, if a bit rude and disrespectful, he can be very authoritative however. He is blunt and occasionally sarcastic, though quiet, he is unafraid of saying what is on his mind regardless of the consequences, and will speak up when he thinks something needs to be said. He seems to generally enjoy rubbing people the wrong way. He is very matter-of-fact, and he is quick to anger when things annoy him, however, he is very socially savvy, tending towards exploitative relationships. He also knows when to hold his tongue, and he has great patience when the situation requires it.

He enjoys violence and often seems to have anger control issues, with poor restraint and little empathy, Raven never shows fear around others, however, he is generally harmless unless angered, coming off as simply another tense and uptight German punk most of the time. He suffers from quite severe Psychopathic Personality Disorder, though it is below the threshold for criminality, and worked though the negative traits associated with his condition he is still arrogant and narcissistic, and has impulse control issues, he can fake his way around his antisocial behavior and his rebelliousness if the situation requires it. He is still a self-destructive thrill seeker. He is terrible with children but has a soft spot for them. As per his psychopathy, he is immensely charming when he wants to be, easily able to communicate and full of raw charisma, drawing people to him, only exacerbating the loneliness he feels due to his difficulty forming meaningful connections to others. His only meaningful relationships are with Havoc and Bear.

He came from an abusive family in a Germany, and took up boxing in school as a way to get out his aggression, when he was fifteen his father hit him, but unlike every other time, he snapped, and beat his father half to death, his mother had him arrested and he was sent to Juvenile Rehabilitation until he was 18. His time in jail changed him forever, in the library he found books on the Vikings, and Norse, and eventually found a place where he belonged. When he finally got out, he got a fake identity and traveled illegally Wallow to join the Norse revivalists, he was rejected dozens of times, and tried out over and over again using different identities at different compounds, he attracted the attention of Wille, and was eventually granted admission, where he quickly rose through the ranks, though in his free time he acts as a freelance bouncer for random bars in the area, before befriending Mitsuo for his bravado.

Raven has tried to be a good uncle to Bear, but he alternates between a good uncle and a perverted old man who admits that he would have no problem taking Bear home from a bar to plow him like he does his daddy.

Havoc

Born August 10th 1973, he is approximately 6 foot ten inches (208 centimeters) tall, with naturally white hair done up in a small Mohawk, and deep cyan eyes, and long pointy elf-like ears, he has stubble on his chin. He has many piercings, including a tongue stud, a single snake bite on his lower lip, five piercings on his left ear, a bar over his left eyebrow and a dumbbell on his right, dumbbells on both nipples, his belly button, and a Jacobs ladder with three rungs on the underside of his penis. Generally described as looking like a football player, Havoc is well built, with a slim waistline and broad-looking, muscular shoulders. His usual attire consists of a bartenders outfit, a relic leftover from when he tended bar in Seattle, a white dress shirt with its sleeves rolled up to his elbows, a black high quality silken vest with the bottom two buttons left unbuttoned, black dress pants, and a black bracelet with sharp silver spikes (reminiscent of a choker or dog collar). He usually has a red monogramed silk handkerchief in his right vest pocket.

Havoc was born to a moderately successful family in Alta, California, living out in the rural regions of the state the communist government tended to overlook. His childhood, like most those under a communist dictatorship, was hard, as the country's economy failed, the communist regime allowed minor aspects of the free market to return. His mother and father ran a small family owned general store, and much of Havoc’s youth was spent either in school, or working in his parent’s shop. He learned to cook by helping his mother around the kitchen, his father, a doctor, taught him everything he knows about medicine, both western and Eastern, and sparked his curiosity in the supernatural, however his family wasn't rich enough to send him to a medical school, although he did help his father as a back alley doctor to those who couldn't afford government treatment for whatever reason.

After graduating high school, he made ends meet and helped support his family by doing odd part time jobs around town, eventually coming to bartend. Havoc saved up his meager earnings until he had enough to travel to Seattle, the almost mythical city of promise in the Republic of Columbia, the land of freedom and opportunity to the North. With help from his parents, he finally managed to move to the city of his dreams, where he earned an official bartender’s license and began making a living in his new home. Havoc met Raven, a German immigrant and leather punk, while bartending in Seattle, they became great friends and casual lovers, eventually growing quite close. Although it was never an actual full-blown love affair, they were never actually a couple, their immediate overwhelming sexual attraction has tempered itself greatly over the years, while simultaneously transitioning from a mostly cranial affair into a more stable healthy relationship based on mutual understanding and companionship.

Havoc is an expertly skilled chef, a licensed bartender, and adept medic and psychologist and has dabbled successfully as a lawyer. Havoc is middle eastern, with fairly sharp angular features and dark brown skin, his mixed bloodline obscures any attempt to determine his ethnicity. Havoc is from the California Republic, managing to flee in the 90s to Columbia, only for Columbia to fracture in 2002. Havoc was the researcher charged with caring for Bear, and he came to look on the odd beings as a child, with no real loyalty to Nebula beyond them helping him continuing to practice medicine, he chose to obfuscate Bear’s actual abilities, describing them as a refined shield and cutting surface, and his healing ability as simple psychic stimulation of a natural healing ability, rather that what he truly suspected it to be, the ability to reject events in space, knowing Nebula would do terrible things to him if they got a true inkling to what his power really was.

Havoc is a calm and gentle giant, he loves Bear unconditionally and cares deeply for his loved ones and friends. He is kind and strong, friendly and genuine. He will usually try to help those he cares about and is not one to bear deep-seated grudges. He is an easy-going optimist, though he can be a bit immature at times, he always takes full responsibility for his actions. Havoc tries to give the best advice he can, often simple and pragmatic, based on his own experiences, even if he does not necessarily know about the situation. Havoc is a sensitive person, and does his best to be a responsible leader, a dad trying to keep Bear safe and happy. Havoc takes great pride in his cooking skills and bartending abilities.

Havoc was so excited when he got the tesseract, his own piece of the ruins, a real, genuine supernatural artifact of his own to study. As a hobby he worked for Nebula as a parascientist and underground doctor. He opened up the tesseract and dissected it, viewing it as a huge anatomical model of an embryo, eventually he removed the core for study and came to the conclusion that he could reawaken it with a sample of human DNA. He used a sample from one of his nebula colleges, and was surprised when it regenerated into the form of an almost human baby. He adopted the child and was relieved when Nebula rejected him for testing because they felt he would yield very few new discoveries, in reality not wanting to expend the effort to control and suppress and angel without the promise of new phenomenon to study. 

Bear subsequently lived with Havoc, in between occasional follow up tests, he was potty trained, Havoc also taught him shapes and colors, essentially home schooling him until he was able to search out knowledge on his own. Understandably, Bear wasn’t really allowed to leave the apartment, while Havoc would take him to the zoo and aquarium, or the park, Havoc bought him pets, a hamster, then two gerbils, then two rats, as companions. At this time, Havoc owned a live in Bakery in Renton, homeschooling and cooking all day and sharing a bed with Bear at night in their one room apartment. In spring 2008, Bear was poofed for the first time, and regenerated in front of Havoc in a much older, nearly 15 years old body, despite only having been 8 moments earlier. Havoc, reluctant to allow Bear out into the wider world, decided to let him go to high school if he was able to pass a Middle School Final exam, and Havoc used his connections to Nebula to fake his paperwork.

In 2008, Bear passed his Middle School Final exam, so he was able to begin high school later in the year, with Nebula taking interest in the social experiment but otherwise having decided there was nothing more that could be learned from him. From there Havoc tried to give him a normal life as a family, introducing him to uncle Raven and putting him through school. In 2013, after Bear failed to graduate, Nebula lost all interest, and he and Havoc decided to move to a house with a storefront below in Black Diamond, to start over anew, with Bear working as his cashier while he baked. In May Havoc helped Bear adopt a male tuxedo cat.

He was so very happy Bear had found a boyfriend like a normal human but felt it was a bit soon to move in together, though he didn’t stop Bear despite his objections. Through Nebula he was aware of Egor and therefore the Skullz. He and ‘uncle’ Raven are occasional lovers, with Raven taking a liking to Bear and bringing him gifts from around the world, though he is kind of a pervy uncle, agreeing with Mitsuo that Bear grew up stacked.
