The Lezareno family owns the Altamira Resort and hot springs, which has an attached ferris wheel and roller coaster, and a casino. It once brought huge numbers of tourists; having been rebuilt as a tall glass cylinder, with fine dining and shopping. While most of her family attends the family business, her father grooming her ‘gross stupid’ younger brother Theodore to take it over, she has gone on to be a nurse. She lives in a camper with a small cheap kitchenette, bed, and bathroom, which is all pink and full of stuffed animals hanging from the ceilings by nooses.
Despite dressing as a high class flight attendant, in all pink, black, and gold, she is not the least bit feminine. Elizabeth is a complete wackjob, the product of her family, all of whom are highly eccentric rich weirdos, the home of the executive and investor class; she choose to leave the stuffy and confining world of the hotel, to live a life of fun and adventure on Earth. Her family is worth millions, and has a long history of assassinations, sabotages, and other "fun" stuff that could raise that number significantly should many of them die.
Elizabeth however, wanted to have fun in the big wide world outside the hotel. To that end, she works as a nurse at the local hospital, though she is highly inappropriate about her love of gore and suffering. She is an amazing field medic with many annoying quirks, not the smallest of which is her love for making her own money by any means, and yaoi, she constantly tries to get Dean and Hunter laid for her own amusement. Hunter and Dean call her Bitch Tits, commenting on the inflating prices for her first aide, and both would rather have Anep be the one helping them recover than her.
