Hunter is tall 6'2", pale, gold eyes, mint blond hair with an undercut, revealing dark green roots. He has hairy legs but fuzz everywhere else, thick pubes, he is very lanky but shredded as fuck, born in 2055, he's one of the youngest Skullz. Hunter is a military fanboy and went to work as a mercenary when he turned 15, after his conventional basic training regimen he was fitted with a new experimental psyberware implant to give him psychic senses, however further training proved to stressful for the implant, the interferes fucks with his brain chemistry, giving him PTSD and fragments of a split personality, while it should let him know about enemies and other combat data the implant keeps trying to predict combat patterns based on psychic insight, creating a kind of fake, forced memory, literally a fase traumatic flashback. The defects in the implant detectors create "ghosts" as they overreact to residual psychic energy even when the originator is gone, though they don't always come from the dead. The implant does make him master at hand to hand combat, helping him develop expert strategizing and tactical problem solving skills, and gain the ability to wield any weapon he might find on the battlefield without prior knowledge of its specific operating principles, and give him savant shooting capabilities, essentially making Hunter an ace combatant with the skills of a war weary veteran with decades of service.
The few trainees with this new, powerful, but entirely experimental implant experienced some side effects, while Hunter gained skills equal to a highly trained and accomplished veteran he also developed PTSD and Dissociative Personality Disorder, although he has no actual memories of these events, he still has the traumatic experiences, when triggered, he takes on a highly confident, sleazy, violent, and aggressive persona that can make full use of his super soldier skills. Hunter suffer nightmares over these experiences, with his mind filling in the missing details with images of his friends, family, and his home, he is haunted by the deaths of friends and comrades, brothers, that are still alive, and sees his hands as having been stained by the blood of atrocities that have never actually happened. This has subjected Hunter to constant accusations of faking his war experiences to get attention, which is part of the reason he’s been adopted by Dean Shinwoo.
Hunter is a bit socially timid and nerdy, kind but shy, unaware of his sex appeal and charm, gets too caught up nerding out over Bear being an Alien to remember he was trying to get laid. He and the ‘other hunter’ share the same underlying personality and contectome, the other hunter simply has different traits at the forefront of his personality, he is simply a different mask over the real Hunter, just a different elaboration of his personality. Hunter is descended from Americans, but is extremely skilled with the Russian language and much of his specific knowledge is about Russian weapons technology and military techniques - he likely is from a now defunct Russian paramilitary contractor group, since the experiment obviously failed, he was simply thrown out as a useless asset during bankruptcy.
Hunter is one of the nicest people you’ll ever meet, shy and quiet but also confident in himself and his value as a person, he is very strong willed, manly, but not loud - he is however, very dangerous under the right circumstances, though he has never harmed anyone, including himself, without sufficient cause, he is Dean Shinwoo's roommate and Dean has essentially taken legal custody of him, Dean, a veteran, will hurt anybody who tries to deny Hunter the respect a veteran is due, even if the war Hunter fought isn't real, he's still been to hell and back.
Hunter Adventures without armor, and fights with various styles of gun.
Dean and Hunter live inside a cargo container together, they have two bunk beds, one with a couch underneath and the other a TV, along with a small kitchen and fully stocked bathroom. There are plenty of windows and too many guns for anybody nearby to feel reasonably safe.
